Our latest agentic workflow is an IRL tracker that reads your Excel IRL, checks every item against the data room, and returns it marked complete, partial, or missing.
Hand the agent an Information Request List as an Excel file. It spins up as many sub-agents as there are items to check, and each one works through the data room to find the matching documents. It then fills the Excel back in, marking every item as complete, missing, or partial (for example, the document is there but not signed), and delivers the result straight to your inbox.
