AI purpose-built for finance
Rogo brings AI purpose-built for finance to investment banks, private equity firms, and advisory teams, combining firm knowledge, licensed market data, and automated workflows in a single platform. Many of our customers already run diligence, research, and analysis in Rogo. With this partnership, the data room becomes a native part of those workflows.
What Entropia exposes to Rogo
Entropia was designed to support M&A professionals with AI, and that design extends beyond our own walls. Entropia now exposes its data room to Rogo through a native agent interface, built on the Entropia MCP server: semantic and full-text search across the data room, page-level reading of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, folder structure, Q&A threads, and permission state.
Every call is scoped to the user's actual access rights and recorded in the data room's audit trail, so what reaches Rogo is exactly what the banker is authorised to see, nothing more. And because the interface includes write capabilities, deal teams can go beyond analysis, drafting Q&A answers from Rogo directly into Entropia's workflow for human review.
Live data room, no version drift
Rather than relying on downloaded files or static snapshots, work in Rogo runs directly against the live data room. Diligence, document analysis, and Q&A support always run on the latest available information, under the governance the transaction demands, with no version drift.
