Founders Associate, GTM (Intern)
Why Entropia
Entropia is rebuilding the data room: the software behind the most important moments in the life of a company or an asset, from M&A to fundraising to strategic partnerships. The category has barely moved in twenty years: the incumbents that defined it are still, at their core, document vaults with a search box, built for an era of static files and manual review. We start from a different premise: the data room should be agent-native infrastructure for those moments, software that reads, structures and answers alongside the deal team.
We don't just build agentic software, we run on it. Every internal system across sales, product, design and engineering is built in-house and connected over MCP. That changes how the company works: each function ships faster, and the distance between an idea and a working tool nearly disappears. A seller can build. A designer queries live data. Support automates its own workflow. There are no silos to break because none have a reason to exist. Every Entropian is a builder.
More about the companyAbout the role
Entropia is growing fast and expanding abroad, with a focus on the US and Europe. As Founders Associate, GTM, you report to the CEO and work with him daily on everything GTM: marketing and market intelligence, partnerships, customer success operations, and whatever the launch needs next. You are not here to execute a Go to Market plan someone else wrote. You build the GTM machine for international expansion with the CEO, and you own the delivery.
By the end of the internship, you have built the Entropia GTM engine: strategy, processes, content and partnerships. You have helped fine-tune the pricing model for each market. You have used coding agents extensively to streamline production. You have worked on contract optimisation. You have helped make our internal tools, which we build ourselves (CRM included), sharper so our teams move faster.
Autonomy from week two: maximum ownership on your workstreams, a solution on the table every time you raise a problem, questions whenever you need them, and validation by the CEO on what matters. You join customer and partner calls, follow the pipeline and how deals move, and get the context behind the decisions you work on. You will write code, even if you don't already know how. Tooling: AI tools, coding agents, our in-house tools (CRM included), Linear, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack. You will use AI agents daily and you are expected to get good at it if you are not already.
The role is based in Paris, in our office with the three founders, the engineering team and the French sales team. The audience is not: we sell to advisors, banks and funds across Europe and the United States, and most of what you produce ships in English. We mainly use an in-person work model, with a flexible work-from-home policy. Internship of 6 months or more, start ASAP. The role can be converted to a full-time position if we are happy together, potentially abroad.
Responsibilities
- Brand and content: Roll out the new brand platform on all assets: website, decks, one-pagers, email templates, LinkedIn. Own the editorial calendar: founder LinkedIn posts, customer testimonial articles, connector launch posts, newsletters. Build the market-specific proof assets: case studies, security page, comparison pages.
- Partnerships: Second the CEO on every partnership, from first contact to launch: initiate the outreach, run the operational meetings, exchange information with the partners, make sure NDAs are protective, produce relevant content, and keep each integration moving until it is live.
- Partner marketing: Run co-marketing with Rogo, Model ML, Arx, Harvey, Legora and others: joint announcements, listing copy, use-case pages, screenshots. Keep the connector directory listings and the integrations page current. Set up partner-sourced referral flows: who refers, with what collateral.
- Market intelligence and launch prep: Prepare the commercial launch of Entropia in new countries and/or verticals. Map the target segments: boutiques, mid-market advisors, law firms, real estate; at company level and at people level, since associates are the ones who recommend a data room. Build and enrich target account lists in our internal CRM. Track competitors: pricing, releases, win/loss notes from the sales team. Identify the events, associations, newsletters and podcasts that matter. Build agents to automate what can be.
- Product: Improve, in our internal CRM, the system of agents we use to make sure every customer issue or request raised in a recorded call, demo or support thread is captured in Linear, followed through to release, and announced back to the customer when it ships. Nothing done by hand. Take part in the QA process: test new features before they ship and report what a buyer would see. Own the launch content for each release: release notes, launch posts, generated demo videos.
- Sales enablement: Write outbound sequences and the objection-handling library with the sales directors. Prepare account briefs before key meetings and follow-up material after. Keep CRM data quality on the segments you own.
- Founder projects: Support the founders on strategic ad-hoc projects: investor updates, procurement questionnaires, event logistics, the hiring funnel for GTM roles, pricing per market, and the internal tools we build ourselves. And who knows what ;)
Qualifications
- Final-year or gap-year students from a top business school, engineering school or equivalent, passionate about experiencing, from the inside, how a world leader gets built. Interested in GTM, technology and/or M&A (ideally all three).
- Ready to execute, with immediate impact on the trajectory of the company. Adaptable and autonomous: you prefer owning three things to touching ten, you ask why before how, and you can ship something imperfect on Friday and fix it on Monday.
- Willing to work at the frontier of how people work with AI, and willing to learn. Strong writers: you will be tested on it. Comfortable in a CRM and in a spreadsheet; you can build a target list from scratch.
- Fluency in English. French is a plus.
- Nice to have: exposure to B2B SaaS, finance or M&A (internship, student society, family business); a LinkedIn or newsletter audience of your own, however small; prior use of AI agents beyond chat.
Compensation
Competitive compensation, depending on profile. Beyond the salary: a seat next to experienced founders and their mentoring day to day; accelerated training in working with the best AI tools on the market, following methods built by former Google applied AI engineers; the launch of a country as your portfolio piece, with your name on the brand rollout; and the possibility to convert to a full-time role, potentially abroad.
