You can now work on the data room from the AI platform of your choice — analyse the documentation, build engagement dashboards, work on the Q&A, automatically populate the IRL — without downloading a single document.
Other updates
- Exports & downloads: A new management space centralises your ongoing and completed downloads and archives. Before each download, a check flags file paths too long for Windows and proposes solutions.
- E-commerce-style encrypted archive ordering: A new archive management space lets you order encrypted keys for the different advisors, the same way you'd order on an e-commerce site.
- Duplicable permissions: Copy a group's permissions to other groups to replicate them. Set expiry dates on permissions.
- Complex Excel display: The Excel viewer now scrolls perfectly smoothly on very large files and complex layouts.
- DWG (AutoCAD) display: The DWG viewer now lets you show or hide layers on architectural plans.
