Enterprise Customer Success Manager
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Entropia, you’ll play a critical role in unlocking the full potential of our technology for our clients, guiding them every step of the way. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our clients seamlessly integrate Entropia into their workflows, and derive maximum value from our technology. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll be instrumental in helping them transform their business processes by integrating Entropia into their business processes and workflows.
This role is based in Paris, France. We mainly use an in-person work model, with a flexible work-from-home policy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Implementation: Take the lead in integrating Entropia’s solutions into client workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing the impact of our technology.
- Training & Enablement: Inspire and empower end users daily by demonstrating the transformative power of LLMs, turning Entropia into an indispensable part of their toolkit.
- Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to trusted advisor for clients, providing a consultative, high-touch experience that drives their success with our platform.
- Success Metrics Management: Leverage key metrics like adoption rates and NPS to craft strategies that ensure exceptional client satisfaction and deliver strong ROI.
- Advocacy and Engagement: Foster deep engagement among users and stakeholders, converting them into passionate advocates for Entropia within their organizations.
- Customer Health Monitoring: Monitor customer health through analytics and feedback, staying proactive to guarantee satisfaction and capitalize on renewal and growth opportunities.
- Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product and service enhancements.

- Experienced professionals with a strong background in Enterprise SaaS or top-tier management consulting, and hands-on experience managing large-scale technology projects.

Compensation
The salary for this position will be determined by a combination of market analysis and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
